Carlos Daniel Casillas brings over 30 years of experience in industrial machinery and the energy sector. He began his career in Ecuador, working for a decade in industrial machinery, and for the past 20 years he has focused on energy, specializing in solar and electrical infrastructure.
In 2017, he founded Solar Construction LLC in Miami, Florida, recognized as one of the leading solar firms in the state. Under his leadership, the company obtained General Contractor and Solar Contractor licenses and has delivered high-quality residential and commercial projects. Since 2023, he has led the creation of a commercial EV charging division within Solar Construction.
At EV Invest, he oversees the technical due diligence of EV charging projects, evaluating grid capacity, interconnection options, load requirements, and code compliance so that each site is technically feasible and ready for permitting and construction.
HERMAN GRAZIANI
Founding Partner, Capital & Business Development
Herman Graziani Candiales has a decades-long career in entrepreneurship, real estate, and energy. He began his career in Venezuela in his family’s businesses and, in 1980, founded Aquapole Water Company, the largest bottled water company in Palm Beach, Florida.
In 2004, he founded Amerinest International, a Miami-based real estate investment firm connecting international investors with residential and commercial projects in markets like Miami and New York. Through Amerinest, he worked with major developers and participated in U.S. real estate investment structures. Since 2017, Herman has co-led Solar Construction LLC, heading the sales division and driving growth in solar installations and the new commercial EV charging division.
At EV Invest, he leads business development and investor relations, using his experience in sales, capital raising, and international networks to channel investment into high-quality EV charging infrastructure.
JAMES L MIGUES
Founding Partner, Real Estate & Site Acquisition
James Migues is a South Florida real estate broker with over 23 years of experience in sales and income-producing properties. He began his career in 2003 and later founded List-A-House Realty (2006) and LAH Management (2011), both recognized for their work in residential, commercial, multifamily real estate, and property management.
James is known for building long-term relationships with a diverse, international client base, having worked with investors from more than 18 countries and guided them through the South Florida market.
At EV Invest, James leads real estate and site acquisition, selecting strategic high-traffic locations for EV charging, negotiating with property owners, and structuring each site as a stable, income-producing real estate asset for investors.
